The returned or requested replacement products must be in intact and resalable condition, accompanied by the relevant sales documents. All related accessories, instruction manuals, labels, original packaging (e.g., boxes, anti-tamper tags, etc.), gifts (if any), and paper invoices (if any) must be returned.
